Tell us what’s happening with your Merchant Center account and we’ll tell you what’s causing it. The first review is free, and it’s a real review rather than a sales call — including when the answer is that you can fix it yourself.
What to send us
The more of this you include, the more useful our first reply will be:
- The exact wording of the warning or suspension notice in Merchant Center
- Your store URL
- Roughly how many products are affected, if you know
- Anything you’ve already tried, including any appeals you’ve submitted
If you’ve already appealed and been rejected, say so. It changes how the next appeal has to be written, and it’s the single most useful thing you can tell us up front.

What happens next
We read it ourselves and reply with what we think is actually wrong. If it’s something you can resolve without us, we’ll say that plainly and point you at the relevant guide. If it’s the kind of problem that needs hands on the account, we’ll explain what the work involves before anything is agreed.
We don’t put anyone on a mailing list for getting in touch, and we don’t follow up repeatedly if you decide not to proceed.
Would rather read first?
Most of what we know is published here already. The guides cover suspensions, feed errors, disapprovals and the Merchant Center settings that quietly break things — all of it free and ungated. Our services page explains how we work when you’d rather hand it over.
