About

FeedMC is a specialist agency for Google Shopping. We work on product feeds and Merchant Center accounts, and we don’t do anything else.

The problem we solve

When Google suspends a Merchant Center account, the notification names a policy. It does not name a cause.

“Misrepresentation” is the clearest example. It can mean a returns policy a shopper can’t find before checkout, a price in your feed that doesn’t match the landing page, a contact number nobody answers, or a claim on a product page the product can’t support. Google won’t tell you which. You’re expected to work it out yourself, across a catalogue that might run to tens of thousands of SKUs, while your ads are off and revenue is going nowhere.

That gap between the notice and the cause is the entire job. It’s why first appeals usually fail, and why a rejected appeal makes the second one harder.

What we do

Suspension recovery. We find the actual trigger, fix it, verify the fix holds, and handle the appeal. Misrepresentation, policy violations, repeat offences, and the account-level suspensions that take everything down at once.

Feed optimization. Titles, attributes, GTINs and other identifiers, feed rules, supplemental feeds. The goal is more of your catalogue actually serving, rather than sitting disapproved or limited.

Feed infrastructure. Content API, Shopify, and custom feed pipelines set up so your product data stays correct without somebody checking it every morning.

Why we publish everything

Every problem we work out gets written up on this site in full. No email gate, no sign-up, no “book a call to learn more.” The guides are detailed enough to follow on your own, because that’s the point of them.

The reasoning is simple. Someone who reads a guide and fixes their own feed was never going to hire us, and they’re better off for having found it. Someone who reads the same guide, understands exactly what’s wrong, and decides they would rather not spend the next three weeks on it — that’s who we work with. Both outcomes are fine. What we don’t want is a merchant sitting suspended because the information was locked behind a form.

It also keeps us honest. Publishing the method means the method has to be right.

Working with us

The first review is free, and it’s a real review rather than a sales call. Send us your Merchant Center account and we’ll tell you what we find, including when the answer is that you can fix it yourself in an afternoon.

Get in touch if your account is suspended or your products aren’t serving. If you’d rather read first, the guides are here.

Ask a question about this guide

We read these. If your situation is specific to your account, contact us instead and we will look at it directly.
